During early summer 2006, the Surveyor's Office was contacted by a property owner who was having problems with the Groendyke Regulated Drain. It was apparent that the construction of a short surface drain would fix several problems. On November 15, 2006, a survey was prepared for the purposes of designing a surface drain. Upon completing the survey, additional information was obtained by the Madison County Drainage Coordinator and it became apparent that there were multiple problems throughout the Groendyke Regulated Drain. On April 18, 2007, DeBoy Land Development was hired for the purpose of preparing a preliminary report for the Groendyke Regulate Drain. The preliminary report will be available for public viewing once received by the Surveyor's Office. |
